Since Kick Plug sells thrifted/pre-owned sneakers, please note:

No returns or refunds will be issued for shoes that are damaged or used after delivery.
Items showing signs of wear, stains, odor, sole damage, or alterations made after receiving the product are not eligible.
All sales are considered final once the 7-day window has passed.
